$75/ extra hour beyond contracted hour(s)

Extra printing rights: $45 each

Images will be ready a minimum of 4 weeks after general session date.

Wedding and Birth/Newborn images will be ready a minimum of 60-90 days after the last session.
 (These wait times could be shorter or longer depending on the season, varying circumstances and number of current clients).

If you wish any session to be rushed, an $85 fee will be applied per session and/or copyright.

If you wish any single image to be rushed, a $15 fee will be applied per image.

All-A-Cart Bridals & Engagement Sessions

A non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee of 50% of the cost of the session shall be paid within 24 hours of booking to reserve the session date. No date shall be officially reserved until payment has been made. The Client understands and agrees that Photographer will reserve the date and times agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. In the event that the Client cancels the session or fails to attend the session on the session date, for any reason, the Photographer shall suffer loss of business that is difficult to ascertain. As such, the Client agrees that, in the event of cancellation by the Client, the reservation fee shall be forfeited by the Client and retained by the Photographer as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. The Client and the Photographer agree that such amount is reasonable. By booking a session with Mindy Weston, the Client agrees to this policy 100%, no exceptions.

MINI SESSIONS - The entire Mini Session fees are non-refundable due to the low cost of the session.
